The DE–Group was tasked with the development of the organisational Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning Policy, Data Protection and Sharing Protocol, M&E tools for the EmployAble project (funded by Standard Chartered Bank), digitalisation of data tools (using SurveyCTO) and building capacity of the projects’ staff in data collection, data management and reporting for the Kenya country office.


Our scope of work included:

  • Support LFTW Kenya MEL component in the development of a fully functional mobile-based (SurveyCTO) data collection system.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for internal data sharing.
  • Develop data collection tools for Task Order (TO6) continuation and other new projects.
  • Functionalizing Survey CTO on mobile data collection gadgets.
  • Support the development of the LFTW Kenya Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) policy.
  • Organizing and cleaning LFTW Databases.
